It consists of two independent rounding systems: cone and drum. Heavy duty, with teflon coated channel, it produces 1200 pieces per hour. The conical rounding action is the most efficient for the production of firm and well rolleddough. Baguettes, tin bread, long-loaves, kaiser, finger rolls, hamburger, rosette from 30 to 1200 gr. Plant composed of: divider with a chamber that changes from one to two pockets, automatic oil pump; rounder synchronized with the divider and prover to round dough balls; automatic overhead prover, 8 pockets per swing pocket, with dual discharge for buns and rolls; an additional outlet belt to feed other machines such s bagel machine, pizza moulder or rounder for large round bread; heavy duty long-loaf moulder with six rollers and moulding table; stamping machine with revolving head to produce kaiser, rosette and cross buns.
