automatic divider rounder "Mercury" can be employed in small ,medium and
industrial bakeries both single and in combination lines. It can process soft and semihard
dough with the use of various drum rounders. The maximum output per hour is about 2000
pieces for each row. The stainless steel hopper with a capacity of about 35kg can be fed
either by hand or by a proper dough conveyor hopper. The dough is handled gently thanks to
the suction principle and to a compression adjust device ,therefore the exact weight of
dough required enters the measuring chambers. Once the weight is determined the dough
piece is ejected to get into the drum rounder, easily interchangeable to the required
weight. Finally, the properly rounded dough pieces are laid turned downwards an opened-out
belts. Available
