It is an
automatic unit for production of loaf of soft and hard dough. Manual selecting of the
weight range variable from about 35 to 500 gr.(for WINNER/S-E) according to the cut type.
At 1,2 or 3 rows with dividing knives replaceable manually. From 20 to 1000 gr. approx.
with knives at 1-2-4-6 rows (for BRIO/S-E). Sheeting thickness variator. Selecting device
for cut length. Output speed variator. The machine is complete with only one moulder
for loaf production.

500 mm. This is a long-loaf moulder which allows the fitting of a device which rounds the
dough between 2 belts thus making it possible to obtain loaves of uniform shape. By using
only the rounding-off device you obtain round bread. The machine is suitable for soft
dough. The opening between the belts of the rounding device can be adjusted by means of an
handwheel according to the required weight range. It can produce rolled loaves from 100 to
2000 gr. The machine is equipped with three tables to obtain the desired loaf shapes.
