X-Slice

The cross-slicer is an innovative machine that ensures flawless cutting results. All bread slicers are equipped with the unique patented cross-slice system.

A loaf is cut at an angle with a longer stroke of the blades, which results in faster slicing (even fresh bread) and smooth and silent operation.

The machine can be furnished as a table and an upright model; in an automatic, semi-automatic and continuous version. Depending on the type you select, you can use a working width of 40,46 or 52 cm.

Maximum slicing height is 12 or 16cm. You have a wide selection of slice thickness, which -according to your specifications- is set at 10,11, 12, 14, 16 18 or 20 mm

For the applications you have in mind, you can -independent of the type of machine- select the following options:

- bag blowing device: automatically opens plastic bags, increasing hourly production. Especially recommended for models 205 and 208.

- oil lubrication of the knives: automatic system to prevent bread from sticking, especially recommended for slicing darker bread types

- extra safety guards consistent with local regulations

- stainless steel or Teflon-coated knives

- stainless steel frame

- machine on four swivel wheels

- two different slice thicknesses, left and right: allows slicing different types of bread on each side of the machine

- single phase execution (on shop models only)
