Suitable to let spherical pieces of dough rest for a pre-determined to the production. Easy to be used .The control board is placed in the front part of the machine. If requested ,it can be supplied with automatic heating and humidification system. There are 32 pocket -holders(8 pockets each) for a total of 256 pockets (useful 219).

The Weight range can be adjusted by rotating the hanwheel; The speed variator is adjustable by operating the relevant handwheel; The stainless steel hopper capacity is of 80kg. dough approx; the built -in automatic pulverize can be adjusted up to total closure; the outlet conveyor belt is moved by a separate motor. The machine is supplied with short conveyor belt and on demand it can be e4quipped with long conveyor belt.
