the new line of hot counters "PRESTIGE" ideal for an excellent product display
in accordance with the most stringent norms and rules. The four models of "
Prestige" line offer and enhance the display of food in supermarkets, snack bars,
pubs and restaurants. All types of cooked food which have to be kept hot can be
displayed like chicken, roast meat, pizzas, sandwiches, croissants, legumes, soups and
others. The hot counters "PRESTIGE" mod. ECV are entirely manufactured in
stainless steel 18/10 AISI 304 food grade in accordance with the hygienic and safety
regulations in force. The plate glasses are tempered and easy to remove for a quick and
accurate cleaning. |

| A hot-air circulation
system grants an even temperature profile inside the hot counter, ensuring a better
heating and preservation of the products at the required temperature. To humidify the
hot-air just add some water in the appropriate basin placed under the electrical
resistance. The maintaining temperature for the hot food is controlled by means of an
electromechanical thermostat with a temperature range from +30°C to +110°C. |

of D.P.R., dated 26 March 1980 states that the preserving temperature of cooked food must
be within +60° and +65°C). The switch
of the thermostat lights up the signing of the counter and the internal ventilation. By
rotating the knob to its end only the lights remain on. The models ECV 1050 (1
container Gastronorm GN1/1) and ECV 2076 (2 containers Gastronorm GN1/1) have a hatch
opening glass on the operator side. The models ECV 3110 (3 containers Gastronorm GN1/1)
and ECV 4143 (4 containers Gastronorm GN1/1) have a sliding opening glass on the operator
side.
All models have an internal standard shelf which allows a
better exploitation of the internal displaying area.
A back-lighted signing displaying the pictures of the
products is placed in the lower part of the front side of the counter.
The internal lighting, provided by rose-coloured shading
bulbs, makes the products looking very appealing and appetizing. |

| The modul flexibility of
these displayers allows to build a uniform line of hot counters. For all models are
available, on demand, the small basins Gastronorm GN1/1, the stainless steel shelves (for
pizzas, focaccias, croissants and sandwiches) and a polythene external shelf (non-toxic
material food grade). The external shelf is placed on the operator side, it is used as a
supporting and cutting base and it is provided with a fat collecting groove. All
electrical components (lighting bulbs, electrical resistance, fans etc.) are easily
accessible for maintenance and replacement. Models ECV 2076, ECV 3110, ECV 4143, can be
integrated with a movable support platform accessories like the back closind slide, the
front doors and the internal shelf are available on demand. We are convinced of the
