- It is highly professional, pays more attention to
productivity oriented concepts, investment optimisation, management costs, global
quality of appliances and their construction, efficiency, flexibility, safety, hygiene,
and maintenance. That's why the Ambach System 900 has been made.
- Only with absolutely innovative equipment it is possible
to implement characteristics able to fulfil these requirements.
- Innovation: this line is the product of two years of
intensive technological research and marketing for the development of a functional cooking
system for years to come.
- Flexibility: the product system consists of 80 functional
modules, which can be integrated with one another in an almost infinite number of
different combinations; each one fully satisfying the demands and the real needs of the
customer
- Construction: these appliances are entirely made of thick
stainless steel and are based on a frame supporting structure; the control and safety
components are high quality; this equipment is robust, reliable and durable.
- Size and Power: the modules measure 450x920 or 900x920mm;
they offer wide working surface and high power allowing for high productivity and
shortened cooking time.
- Energy savings: high efficiency burners and heating
elements together with prime quality regulators guarantee considerable energy saving.
- Hygiene: all the external functional parts are assembled
onto deep drawn tops featured by perimetral draining channels; the open burners are sealed
and all the corners are rounded. Adjacent modules have an exclusive junction system with a
gasket that makes the cooking block water proof and easy to clean (the protection
degree is IPX4 for gas appliances and IPX5 for electrical appliances).
- Safety: each appliance has been tested in heaviest working
conditions, is built according to European standards and is marked CE, also in the various
combinations.
- Installation and servicing: the modular system with the
supporting frame allows easy installation on feet, plinth, cantilevered and bridge. Taps
are inside the modules; no side walls divide adjacent appliances, giving easy access to
all the internal parts and avoiding "hot spots". All the functional parts can be
extracted for an easy service. Components have been standardised to provide continuity
across major parts of the product range. Heating elements manufactured as subparts,
allowing equipment to remain operational when individual subparts require servicing.
