LOWER PART
Self-supporting structure in 18/10 stainless steel. Outer
coating in 18/10 stainless steel with "Scotch Bright" finish. Double bottom with
flap for access to connections. The feet in 18/10 stainless steel are adjustable to
heights between 150 and 200 mm for perfect level siting of the appliance.
ELECTRIC OVEN
Enamelled oven with demountable side walls in 18/10
stainless steel. Antitilting slides for the drip pans. Internal dimensions: 2/1 Gastronorm
(540x700x280 mm). Heating elements sealed in stainless steel on the crown and hearth to
guarantee uniform heat distribution in the oven. Upper element in the cooking compartment
for oven cooking au gratin. Total power: 4.5 kW. Crown and hearth temperatures between 50
and 300 ° C independently regulated by 2 thermostats. Graduated control knob in ° C.
'Oven on' warning light. Anti-infiltration hearth in special steel.
Double-walled oven door with interior moulded for perfect
closure without seal. Ergonomic handle in thermoplastic resin.
