| Upper Part: Top frame moulded in 18/10 stainless steel, with kettle sides entirely welded. Lid moulded in 18/10 stainless steel hinged. Water feed cock with spout. Inside, safety air valve. Pressure gauge and hot- and cold-water feed cocks on control panel. Front control panel extractable for easy access to internal components Electri Model: Indirectly heated by elements sealed in 18/10 stainless steel. Thermostatic temperature regulation and ‘appliance on’ indicator lights. With limiting device and safety pressure switch. Gas Model: Indirectly heated by circular burners in 18/10 stainless steel with gas safety valve and pilot flame. Electronic spark ignition, with pilot flame. Lower Part: Self-supporting structure in 18/10 stainless steel; outer coating in fine "Scotch Bright" finish. Steam generator insulated with KAO ceramic fiber. Kettle container in 316 stainless steel with 1 ¼" water drainage cock at the front. Internal safety device calibrated to 0.5 bar and operating pressure switch to 0.4 bar. The feet in 18/10 stainless steel are adjustable to heights between 150 and 200 mm for perfect level siting of the appliance. |
