The BE5 SAMIX is a professional beater for usein the kitchen and pastrymaking. It has been designed to take into account all of the legal requirements for hygiene and safety of use. Its simplicity of use, its size and weight which make it easy to move in the work area and the ease by whicvh it may be cleaned make the BE5 SAMIX the ideal accessory for all occasions: For a dessert ordered specially, by a last minute customer, for preparations in small quantities, you can always count on the BE5 SAMIX !

The BE5/A SAMIX version allows the use of a vegetable preparation machine or mincer.

USE

The figures quoted in kg are the quantities that may be processed by the mixer.

  • For firm pastries - low water content - the quantities of flour must be limited and the speed adapted whilst kneading.
  • For soft pastries - higher water content - the quantity of flour may be increased.
  • For cold creams, mayonnaise, liquid pastries in high speed (V 10), change to speed V6 / V7 at the end of the cycle if the beater slows down.
Technical Charecteristics

Due to the fact that it has been designed in line with the technical criteria used for all DITO SAMA beaters, the BE5/A SAMIX has all of the qualities of a professional machine.

  • An aluminium column which houses the motor and speed variator.
  • A one-piece alloy head containing the planetary gears and the transmission.
  • A metal base to ensure perfect stability.
  • An 18/8 stainless steel bowl, of a capacity of 5 litres.
  • A powerful motor with a frequency variator which permits the tools to be driven at speeds of between 15 and 220 rpm and the speed to be finely adjusted.
  • A transparent safety guard. This guard also raises and lowers the bowl at the same time.
  • Tools of exactly the same design as those of the  large beaters - 10 to 80 litres.
  • "G" typeaccessory drive hub - Allows the CL 17 G (vegetable preparation) and H 62 G (mincer) accessories to be used, as well as the Kitchen Aid accessries using the special adapter sleeve.                                                                   Caution: The mincer must be used in speed 1.
