| The new version of the
Bermixer B2000 dual-function portable mixer has improved ergonomy and safety and requires
the use of both hands to operate it. The Bermixer B2000 is essential in the kitchen, is easy to store and is on hand whenever required. It can be used as a mixer for many recipes such as soups, cream soups, sauces, vegetable purees, pancake batter, mousselines, etc. It works directly in the recipient used for the preparation, thus saves a considerable amount of time. It can also be used as a whisk, providing an economic solution for whisking creams, stiffening egg whites or making mayonnaise. Its weight of 3.2 kg offers the best compromise to make it easy to handle and provide optimum power and stability in use. |

Fitted with an electronic speed variator, the BERMIXER B2000 motor offers a range of rotation speeds from 100 to 11,000 rpm under load (speed range without load: 1,800 to 15,000 rpm)
2 lengths : 40 or 50 cm. May be fitted and removed instantly. The Bermixer B2000 40 or 50 works directly in stew pots of up to 100 litre capacity in one operation even during cooking. This "high performance" mixer can be used at all stages of preparation and cooking in professional kitchens. E.g.: soups, cream soups, brunoises, fish soups, spinach, panadas, brandades, stocks, mousselines, sauces, pancake batters, carrot purees, etc...
May be fitted and removed instantly. In addition, each whisk tool can be easily removed to facilitate cleaning. This "mini mixer" has the same qualitites as a large mixer: judge for yourself.... - 2 to 60 egg whites beaten, - 1 to 50 kg of lump free puree, - creams: butter, pastry, chantilly - chous pastry, meringues, genoese, mayonnaise, sauces, omlettes, souffles, etc... |
