| Safe, solid and reliable, the Dualit 'Hotpot' soup Kettle can be used with either WET ao DRY heat and heats up quickly and efficiently to hold a generous 11 litres of soup, stew, hotdogs, mulled wine... or even chilled soup. With its solid cast aluminium inner water holder and stainless steel inner liner, the unit is built to last. A removable, hinged stainless steel lid ensures heat economy and minimal evaporation. And with an 850 watt longlife element, double pole variable simmerstat and failsafe override thermostat, this versatile unit is tough, efficient and utterly dependable. But how to chill soup, as mentioned above? Simply lay 30mm of ice on the bottom of the water holder and rest the inner layer on top! Available in polished Solid Copper, Rustic Brown, Satin Black or White with a stainless steel top collar. A complete set of hook-on display cards is included and all kettles come complete with moulded-on safty plug and operating on 230V and 120V power supplies |

A highly efficient long-life 460W heating element means the desired temperature is soon achieved, and with the unit's variable simmerstat, precisely controlled. In addition, the heating element is coupled to a separate 'overheat' thermostat for maximum safety.
