The inner tank is stainless steel completely isnulated with high density polyuretane.

The main feature of the CHEF is its ability to be used in three different ways due to the combination of accessories.

A: With a white tray for cakes, desserts or cheese etc,

B: With polycarbonate G/N pans for sauces, hors-d'oeuvres of salads.

C: Without either tray or G/N pans to display fresh fish or other food using a bed of crushed ice in the stainless steel tank.

The CHEF trolley is also available in refrigerated form with a thermostatically controlled condensing unit operating in the range of +6/+8 °C.

Standard features in both the refrigerated and non refrigerated versions are the white tray, a full set of polycarbonate G/N pans and a wooden shelf on both sides to help service.
