The cabinet structure is made of solid wood with work surfaces in rounded, post formed plastic laminate for scratch resistance.

The tanks which are made from stainless steel are equipped with drain taps for easy cleaning.

Quick and total access is available to the condensing unit.

A wide intermediate shelf is fitted between the unit and the bottom of the tank.

A thermostat is fitted for automatic temperature control.

Cooling is by static evaporators coils.

Models Standard and 2V

The plexi-glass canopy which incorporates lighting, can be raised and lowered by means of a bilateral manual system which is easy to operate.

Model Europa 2V

The greater evaporator surface afforded by the twin tank ensures more efficient cooling.

Model Murales

The plexi-glass canopy which incorporates lighting can be mechanically raised or lowered by means of a 12V C/C motor.

This enables the Murales to be sited back to back, against a wall or in a corner.

*Gastronorm pans are excluded in all models.

The work surfaces are provided in kit form for all models and are made to meet the users requirements (see internal sketches).
