                              Mini ACH !
The mini roll-in cabinets enable you to preserve fresh products at +1 °C to + 10 °C.   They are available with 1 or 2 doors and are designed to operate in ambient temperatures of up to 43 °C.  They are suitable for the GN 1/1 or pastry 600 x 400 trolleys (max. height 1500 mm).  With their modular and seperable design, the Mini ACH have the following features :
  • Exterior in brushed 304 stainless steel or white lacquered steel,
  • Inside, floor, top and back in stainless steel,
  • Injected polyurethane insulation, thickness 60 mm, and R22 CFC-free refrigerant,
  • Electronic control with digital display of the inside temperature,
  • One piece refrigeration equipment.  There is also available a version for connection to a remote condensing unit.
  • Ventilated evaporator built in the ceiling for a 100 % useful volume,
  • Anti-corrosion treated evaporator,
  • Automatic re-evaporation of defrosting water,
  • Door with automatic closing and blockable in 90°  open position,
  • Reversible door on request,
  • Lock on each door as standard,
  • Automatic lighting when opening the door,
  • IP 459 electrical protection rating,
  • Rounded internal cornersl
  • Smooth sealed control panel,
  • Comoplies with the NFU 60-010 standard.

ATLAS, PRESERVATION AND COMPETITIVENESS

ATLAS REFRIGERATED CABINETS
To preserve fresh products at  +1 °C to +10 °C and with their "Friginox cold boss", the Atlas roll-in cabinets have the advantage of an exceptional useful volume and a very professional cold.  Depending on model, they accept one or two GN 2/1 trolleys and are designed to operate in ambient temperatures of up to 43 °C.
  • Outside and inside in 304 stainless steel,
  • Dismantable cabinets provided with insulated stainless steel floor and access ramp,
  • 80 mm injected polyurethane insulation,
  • Refrigerant : R404A, CFC-free.
  • Electronic control with digital display securing in particular :

      -indication of the inside temperature,

      -automatic defrosting,

      -high and low temperature alarms (visual and audible).

  • Standard trade components both for the evaporator and control,
  • Automatic defrosting with re-evaporation of the condensation water,
  • Ventilated anti-corrosion treated evaporator,
  • Closing of doors by magnetic seal,
  • Stop of the ventilation when opening the door,
  • Reversible doors, change of door hinges possible on site (AT1 hinges on the right as standard),
  • Equipped without unit version for connection to a remote condensing unit,
  • No floor version (AT2 no floor model always delivered knocked down).

                                        Atlas ATC 1

ATLAS HOT CABINETS
Ideal for keeping ready-cooked dishes at a temperature above +65 °C to + 75 °C, in a tray or on a plate before serving.

The Atlas ATC roll-in hot cabinets have the same characteristics as the Atlas refrigerated cabinets but with appropriate equipment :

  • Heating by shielded waterproof elements in stainless steel,
  • Blow ducting and air distribution in a stainless steel,
  • Ceiling-mounted centrifugal fan,
  • Electronic temperature control with digirtal display,
  • Safety thermostat,

   Optional :

  • Automatic humidifying system with thermostatic control to prevent products from drying out.
  • Double access,k
  • Glazed door,
  • Lock with key.
