SPEED CONTROL  

Two speeds.   wAutomatic stop/restart - function that stops the machine when the pneumatic push feeder or the manual lever-connected push feeder are opened and restarts the machine when they are closed.

VOLUME  

Cylinder shaped feed head "type 1", volume 9 litres / 2.0 UK gallons / 2.4 US gallons, for use with the feed hopper.  

Cylinder shaped feed head "type 2", volume 9 litres / 2.0 UK gallons / 2.4 US gallons, for use with the pneumatic push feeder, the manual lever-connected push feeder and the tube feeder.

CAPACITY  

Processes from about 10 kgs / 22 pounds to 40 kgs / 88 pounds per minute.  

Suitable for about 500 to 3000 portions/day.

FEEDERS  

Feed hopper for continuous feeding/cutting of potato, onion, mushroom, etc.  

Pneumatic push feeder for automatic feeding of cabbage, lettuce, cheese, carrots and other foods that require feed pressure.  

Extra powerful lever-connected push feeder for preparation with greatest ease even in relation to larger items and items that require feed pressure such as cabbage, carrots, cheese, etc.  

Tube feeder with four tubes of various diameters including two pestles, for continuous oriented cutting of cucumber, leek, tomatoes, citrus fruit, etc.

Features
Feed hopper:
  • For continuous bucket feeding of potatoes, onions, nuts, almonds, dry bread, etc.
Tube feeder:
  • For full control on oriented cutting, principally of elongated but also of round items such as cucumber, leek, celery, tomatoes, bell peppers, citrus fruit, etc.
  • Tubes of various diameters, two 73 mm, one 60 mm and one 35 mm, give perfect support to items of various sizes, to ensure perfect slicing.
  • Offers continuous feeding/cutting.
Pneumatic push feeder:
  • Automatic feeding of cabbage, cheese, lettuce, carrots and other foods which require feed pressure.
Manual push feeder:
  • Powerful, lever-connected.
  • The effective lever means the need for manual pressure is reduced to such extent that a light touch on the handle is usually sufficient.
  • For fast and easy manual feeding of cabbage, cheese, lettuce, carrots and other foods which require feed pressure.
Type ‘A’ feed cylinder - for use with feed hopper:
  • Equipped with two internal feed compartments which guide and press potatoes, onions, dry bread, nuts, mushrooms, etc. down automatically towards the cutting tool, eliminating the need for manual pressure.
  • Large size, 200 mm diameter, volume 9 litres / 2.0 UK gallons / 2.4 US gallons, minimises need for pre-cutting and number of cutting actions.
Type ‘B’ feed cylinder - for use with tube feeder, manual push feeder and pneumatic push feeder:
  • Equipped with three internal knife blades which secure and cut up cabbages, etc. when processing with push feeders.
  • Large size, 200 mm diameter, volume 9 litres / 2.0 UK gallons / 2.4 US gallons, minimises need for pre-cutting and reduces the number of cutting actions.
Machine base:
  • Machine legs slope outwards and front feet are height-adjustable for maximum stability, even on an uneven floor.
  • Robust wheels and a sturdy handle mean machine can be easily and safely moved.
Safety system:
  • Exemplary safety system with three individual switches.
  • Protective cover in centre of feed hopper.
