Features
Safety arm:

Lid:

  • Generous feed tube (50 mm diameter) for easy filling without spillage while the machine is in operation.

Scraper:
  • By help of the scraper, minced meat, etc. is quickly and easily returned from sides of bowl to cutting zone while machine is in operation. This means it is never necessary to switch off machine, remove lid, and scrape with a spatula until the food is processed. This means a perfect result in shortest possible time.
Knife:
  • Long knife blades made of highest quality knife steel, for efficient cutting action and maximum service life.
Bowl:
  • Made of stainless steel.
  • Has two big, solid handles that make it easy to move, even with moist hands.

Safety system:
  • Exemplary safety system with three switches.
  • Before machine can be started, bowl and lid must be in position and safety arm swung into place over centre of lid.
Miscellaneous:
  • Designed for short preparation times, minimum temperature increases, minimum separation of fat and oil, and more consistent results. The wide, shallow bowl, scraper on the inside of the bowl, and the long knife blades, allows larger quantities of the contents to be processed at the same time, ensure complete processing of the whole product, and give a very efficient cutting action.
  • Designed for fast and easy cleaning. All detachable parts are machine washable. Machine base has smooth surfaces. Top of machine base is fitted with two drainage holes to prevent water from collecting there. Bowl has rounded bottom edge.
