Standard merchandisers provide a large, dramatic viewing area for your customers.  With Henny Penny's exclusive THERMA-VEC® Even Heat Process, your food is held in an environment that has a precise and stable temperature throughout the case.
  • Tall profile curved glass enables 100% product visibility
  • Glass lifts and closes gently on gas springs for easy cleaning
  • HMT-7 glass is divided into two sections for easy handling
  • Sliding rear doors have mirrored glass for added product enhancement
  • Mirrored or clear end glass attractive food presentation
  • Sturdy plastic or wooden fold-down cutting board
  • Seperate switches for power and lights
  • Touch pad electronic controls with LED readouts (see picture of controls on page 2)
  • Food probe temperature and air temperature displayed in °F or °C
  • Lower air heat, upper radiant heat, and water pan heat are each indepently controlled and each have on/off indicator lights
  • Air heating elements under pans
