MAM OVENS are built in 9 seperate sections in vibrated refractory material . Thickness of the section is 10 cm thus ensuring very high efficiency of the oven with minium fuel consumption.
Specifications of the MAM wood oven :

(1) . Total weight is approx 1,700 kg
(2) . Maximum cooking time is 2 minutes 30 seconds.
(3) . Assembly requires 24 hours.
