| Characteristics: |
| SILFORM BAGUETTE® is an item suitable to produce long bread: it can be put directly in the oven, on a perforated baking pan or on a Multibake pan. They can be easily changed while baking, this allows you to get bread with different sizes using the same pan. SILFORM BAGUETTE® cn be used to freeze or bake. Baking can be done with both ventilated or static ovens. SILFORM BAGUETTE® can be used directly on the baking or freezing plates. SILFORM BAGUETTE® can be used with temperature from -40°C to +280°C. |
| Use: |
| Place SILFORM BAGUETTE® in a perforated baking pan or in a Multibake pan, taking care all 4 borders are well closed. |
| Baking: |
| SILFORM BAGUETTE®. don't need to be oiled. Check if it's quite clean and dried, then pour dough in the moulds. After rising put in the oven. |
| Demoulding: |
| Take away single pieces one by one or carefully lift the SILFORM BAGUETTE® by one side and let product get solwly out. |
| Cleaning: |
| Each time it is dirty, anyway one time each week, wash SILFORM BAGUETTE® with tiepid water and a soft sponge. Do not use abrasive datergent. After rinsing let it dry in a well-aired place. |
| Instructions: |
| Do not place SILFORM BAGUETTE® in the oven empty. Do not cut SILFORM BAGUETTE® with blades. Do not use pastry-cutters or brushes. Do not oil SILFORM BAGUETTE®. Do not fold up. |
