The loading hopper and the grinding chamber of this machine are made of stainless steel. It is particularly suitable for grinding dry bread and all sorts of dry baked products, such as bread-sticks and dry biscuits.

The grinding blades unit is made of a special highly resistant steel, and it is electronically balanced. This machine is supplied with three easily replaceable filters, to choose the granulometry of the final product.
